Dota 2 ?Patch 7.19 released July 30. It focused on balance changes, and targeted Drow Ranger, Earthshaker, Grimstroke, Necrophus, Phantom Lancer, Riki, Silencer, Terror Blade, Treant Protector, Undying, Ursa, Weaver and Zeus for balance changes.
While player desires are hard to characterize as so many people play Dota, there's a general consensus that a few changes would be good for the game. For one, players want more diversity in laning. The 2-1-2 lane division is fine, but its dominance is becoming stale.
Players also want to see melee carries receive a buff, and for Valve to add some kind of mitigating factor for the power of last picking in drafts. For a more complete list, check out ?this article.
Unfortunately, Valve has kept any possible changes under tight wraps. So far, we just don't know much about what the developer is planning to include in Patch 7.20.
